Ferrosilicon-briquette is made by pressing ferrosilicon powder and cost can be reduced alot however with same Ferro-Silicon composition.At present,Krishhon provides two specifications: 60 65,it has the same effect as ferrosilicon.

Product Description

  • ferro-silicon briquette mainly used for smelting pig iron with steel slag and ordinary casting.The ferro silicon ball can improve the furnace temperature,increase the fluidity of molten iron,discharge slag effectively, increase the grade, and improve the toughness and cutting ability of pig iron and castings.
  • It can not only complete the deoxidization work,but also improve the temperature of molten steel,improve the production efficiency and ensure the quality of steel.
  • Less impurities to ensure lower aluminum,phosphorus, sulfur,so as to ensure the quality of molten steel.
  • At the same time, it is the best substitute of ferro silicon in iron smelting and casting because of its equal granularity,saving fuel, speedily melting, low cost than FeSi but same good effect as ferro silicon.

  • 65% FerroSilicon-Briquette Si 65% Al 3% C 2% S 0.05% P 0.05% Fe Balance
  • 70% FerroSilicon-Briquette Si 70% Al 3% C 2% S 0.05% P 0.05% Fe Balance
  • It is a necessary deoxidizer and alloying agent,can raise the temperature of furnace, increase the liquidity of molten iron, discharge effectively, and improve the toughness and cutting ability of cast iron and casting.
